Jeremy & Ann Simpkins

Jeremy &  Ann SimpkinsJeremy & Ann have been involved in leading Newfrontiers churches for over 25 years. In December 2009, they moved from the North East to lead the new team at Christ Central.  They both have a passion to see a large, vibrant Spirit filled church in the heart of Manchester.

Jeremy is the Lead Elder at Christ Central and takes particular responsibility the preaching, worship, evangelism, Connect groups and training as well as leading the team of elders and the overall vision of the church.  Jeremy also leads the 'North Team' for Newfrontiers, which currently has responsibility over 70 churches and church plants in the U.K and Canada as well as serving on the national Newfrontiers team.

When they're not traveling, Jeremy & Ann love to walk in the surrounding countryside - usually ending with a visit to a local pub!


Graham & Daryl Anns

Graham & Daryl have lived in Manchester for 15 years and been part of Christ Central sinceGraham  Daryl 2003.  Graham is Support Director for a division of a US based software company and Daryl is Deputy Head Teacher at a primary school.  They have 2 children, Lucy is 18 and at university and Matthew is 16.

As an elder, Graham oversees the administration, finance and trustee teams in addition to the children's work and the students/20s group.

Graham & Daryl enjoy spending time with their family and particularly enjoy walks that involve tea shops!


Peter & Sue Lyndon

pete  sue b and wPeter & Sue Lyndon moved to Salford in September 2009 to be part of the Leadership Team at Christ Central. They have 3 grown up children who are located in Bristol, Istanbul & Canada!

Peter works locally as a social worker and Sue serves Jeremy Simpkins as an Administrator in his regional role.  As an elder at Christ Central, Peter is involved in leading the pastoral team (along with Sue) as well as overseeing community involvement & staff support.

Pete & Sue like exploring the beautiful countryside, coffee shops and ales that are to be found there as well as travelling to see their children whenever they can.


Mark Whittington

Mark has been at Christ Central Screen shot 2011-08-30 at 1409for over 4 years is married to Mel and has two children, Aren who is 10 and Carys is 8.

Mark works as Christ Central's administrator which includes communication, publicity and overseeing the practical aspects of Sunday morning meetings.  He also leads the Alpha Course and works one day per week as a Debt Coach with Christians Against Poverty.

Mark enjoys cooking and is a keen runner.
